"The committed performance of the cast and the purity of the choreography will win you over!" — The New York Times
"Early practitioners of the contemporary dance genre that has recently taken over the dance world, KCDC, like several other Israel-based dance companies including Ohad Naharin's Batsheva Dance Company, are among the world's elite. Be'er's expertly-crafted and polished choreography for "If At All," and KCDC's adroit dancers' performance of it, was inspirational." — Steve Sucato, Dance Cleaveland
"Rather than counter the popular cliche of contemporary dance as "rolling around on the floor", they made it credible by being so damn good at it." — Sanjoy Roy, The Guardian
"Rami's work has always intrigued me. I find his work to be full of abandon. The choreography and the dancers do not hold back. There's lots of risk in the work and the movement, and I love that." — Charles Santos, Executive Director of TITAS Presents in Arts and Culture Texas
Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company (KCDC) is one of the leading dance companies in the world. It is identified with the work of Artistic Director Rami Be'er, whose exclusive and unique choreographic character has become the company's trademark both in Israel and abroad.
With its technically strong and physically eclectic cast of dancers and its dynamic sensibility, KCDC characterizes Israeli dance at its best and performs regularly in the most respected theaters worldwide, including the Sydney Opera House, New York City's Joyce Theater, The Kennedy Center in Washington D.C, Théâtre de Paris, as well as festivals like the Beijing Dance Festival and Festival Grec in Barcelona.
KCDC was founded in 1970 by the late Yehudit Arnon, who laid the foundation for today's thriving International Dance Village, which was developed and continues to evolve into a first-class center for dance under the leadership of Rami Be'er. Be'er joined KCDC in 1980 as a dancer, and has served as its Artistic Director since 1996. Over the years, he has developed a unique multi-disciplinary language, which combines movement with stage design, lighting and costumes. As a holistic creative artist, Be'er deals with all aspects of the artistic work — content, form, and design.

The Director's Cut:
A new work rising from iconic moments, re-emerging in a surprising and immersive Director's Cut. Choreographer Rami Be'er connects the past, the present, and the future by breaking down components and sequences in a new interpretation and with a fresh point of view, which changes who and what is happening around it.
Who Am I ('Me Ani')
Who Am I ('Me Ani' or אניME) is an introspective exploration of that idea: who are we really once all the external definitions and things are stripped away. Movement is fundamental in our process of identity development — from the first moment of any human being's life. By using movement, we can expand our thinking and explore this unknown.
At the heart of the INSIDERS creation lies the KCDC dancers' profound yearning to create and delve into uncharted territories of artistic expression. Guided by a shared vision, they strive to go beyond conventional forms of dance, unraveling new possibilities and pushing the limits of their physicality and imagination. Through a process of rigorous exploration, they aim to discover the essence of their personal and collective identities, unraveling the intricate tapestry of their emotions, experiences, and aspirations.
