Consultations are scheduled for one hour (in person). Phone consultations are also available.

Follow-up consultations are generally scheduled as a series of four meetings to cover specific goals. Additionally Ms. Kaplan sets up long-term consulting arrangements (6 months or longer) with companies committed to specific areas of growth and organizations in need of artistic or booking advice.

New Option: Touring Business Plans are an ideal way to establish proactive touring initiatives within the company structure. Jodi Kaplan works directly with company staff and boards in developing realistic steps to achieve long term touring goals.

Recent Projects include a one-year consulting arrangement with CORE Performance Company to implement a 5 year touring plan including capitalizing on the company’s upcoming 30th Year Anniversary.
