“Dance Festival Beijing 2008”
In a rare cooperation between American and Chinese modern dance companies, Odyssey Dance Theater, Kim Robards Dance Company and Silver-Brown Dance Company will perform for the first time in China. Chinese dancers from the Beijing Modern Dance Company and the National Ballet of China join the production.

Dance Festival Beijing 2008 features several American dance companies touring China for the first time. Odyssey Dance Theater, Kim Robards Dance Company and Silver-Brown Dance Company all perform in styles varying from contemporary ballet to hip-hop, and they'll be joined by the Beijing Modern Dance Company and artists from the National Ballet of China. It's a rare opportunity for audiences to see exemplary U.S. choreography with some of China's finest modern dancers on stage together.
